Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 DAYS of purchase. 

Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED, in original condition. 

Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, or damage will NOT be accepted. 

 

Exchanges:

Returns are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.

Exchanges may be made for a different size or color, subject to availability. 

Refunds:

NO REFUNDS are offered under any circumstances. 

 

Shipping:

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. 

 

Final Sale Items:

Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

How to Start An Exchange:

Please contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange before sending anything back.

We ship with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location. 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped. 

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping center, we aare not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

If your package is marked as delivered, but not received, please contact the shipping center directly. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
